The primary responsibility of this position is to provide organized, efficient and effective administrative support to the Sales Administration team and internal/external Sales employees.

The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for the administration of Web Center and management of all Field Sales product information requests via The specialist will support the team's initiatives for sustainable and efficient operations as the organization experiences growth.

Role Specific Responsibilities:


- Be proficient in WebCenter as the administrator of all Field Sales project requests
- Collaborate with Field Sales to determine needs for each project request and ensure all assets are obtained and entered collectively into WebCenter
- Management of each project over a 2-3 week timeframe:
- Liaison with Marketing, Regulatory and Legal to keep projects moving in order to meet deadlines
- Deliver final project request to Field Representative and/or Retailer
- Management of printing needs with outside vendor for required projects


- Create coupon barcodes as needed in Launch and PinPoint system
- Incorporate barcode certificates and eps scannable codes into project requests in WebCenter
- Maintain backup of all coupon supporting documents for auditors
- Work with NCH and Finance with coupon inquiries
- Manage barcode invoices, code and process


- Traffic group email inbox and assign information requests to team members
- Answer and manage daily Field Sales requests, liaison with appropriate departments to obtain information to fulfill requests


- Webcasts for Field Sales
- Assist with the creation of quarterly Field Sales newsletter
- Assist with Sales Website postings, maintenance and bi-weekly updates
- Ensure all new products or new packaging images are up to date on Sales

Analytic Support, Reporting & Presentations

- Analyze and Track: coupon activity, sales activity for senior sales management, display Activity
- Reporting of POS maintenance
- Reporting of New Item Acceptance
- Maintain and distribute reports for internal Sales on an as needed basis
- Create quarterly redemption reports by coupon from NCH to clear redemptions charged to special events
- Coordinate semi-annual Retail Price Survey
- Coordinate semi-annual update of Planogram Calendar


- Assist with creating PowerPoint Presentations on an as needed basis

Meeting Coordination

- Assist with any meeting prep needs - meeting packets/name tags /shipments
- Coordinate purchase of meeting materials

Field Sales Fleet Program

- Assist in coordination of Chattem Fleet Safety Program and Element Fleet Management

Learning Management System (LMS)

- Assist adding new hires and training courses to the online training portals: Sanofi and Chattem LMS
- Attend and interact with monthly planning meetings with Operations


- Route Pricing and Promotional Terms Proposal in WebCenter
- Assist in the administration of distributing obsolete inventory


- Assist the Sales Administration colleagues with projects on an as needed basis
- Cross train to achieve proficiency with all Sales Administration responsibilities
